Refunds 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.* To begin your return simply contact us at support@grindoralcare.com or via the contact form on this site within 30-days.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of the tracking number, we will process the return. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please contact us with any return related questions at support@grindoralcare.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages 

We do everything we can to protect your item so it arrives unharmed. Unfortunately, packages can be roughed up during the shipping process. Minor dings and dents to packaging will not effect the efficacy of the the product inside. That said, sometimes even the best packaging isn't enough. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@grindoralcare.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
